The International School Safety Institute was established in 2013 as a knowledge and resource incubator designed to fill an identified void in school safety, school emergency management, and safe school culture and climate programs.

The Institute has a commitment to sharing new thoughts and ideas that advance the safety of students and faculty by providing access to information and resources that help you alleviate your fears about whether enough is being done within your district and school and what you can do to find the answers you need to be more involved in what’s happening in your school.

We pride ourselves on delivering a fresh line-up of new speakers and content who will help us go Beyond the Edge of what’s typically shared at conferences including strategies for improving collaboration across systems, with law enforcement and building strong public-private initiatives and risk management and liability considerations.
