A Message from the President, September 2019

Greetings,

This month our company has a number of important things to pass along. We are excited with key hires CRG has made that will have an immediate impact on our business operations. We are exceptionally pleased to announce that Major (USMC, Ret.) Joseph Hanson is our new Regional Director of Sales and Implementation and Captain (Passaic County Prosecutor’s Office, Ret.) Scott Heath is our new Sales and Implementation Manager of Capita Products. Joe will be physically located in Wisconsin but is responsible for client development and relationships in the surrounding states beginning in October 2019. Scott is building out our 911eye client base with the guidance and support of our strategic partner Capita. In addition, we have two outstanding additions to our cartography shop, both of whom are recent graduates of The College of New Jersey. Kelly Endres and Courtney Ross began as interns with our company and because of their outstanding performance we were pleased to have them join our team permanently. Please check out our entire team here: https://www.crgplans.com/meet-the-team/

Our company continues to grow and since our last newsletter we’ve launched our new company website that includes a comprehensive Resource Center where valuable information can be obtained related to best practices in facility protective measures. Our goal is to make the CRG Resource Center an information sharing environment for safety professionals and a place to conduct research and identify funding opportunities across the country. Over the past month we continue to interact closely with local, county and state public safety organizations and established a strategic relationship with the Texas Police Chiefs Association (TPCA). Finally, I wanted to highlight the addition of the Hall County (Georgia) School District and Mercer County Prosecutor’s Office and OEM (New Jersey) for obtaining CRGs for their county schools. It is becoming increasingly more routine for large organizations to seek out ways to establish common operating pictures for their entire district.

In this edition of our Newsletter we are highlighting Capita Solutions, who are close and valued partners with CRG. With their guidance and support we are helping introduce their 911eye emergency video streaming service to dispatch centers across the US. We recently added the Camden County Department of Public Safety and Gloucester Township Police Department as 911eye clients. Please check out the following video:

Sincerely, Phil Coyne
