Mike Rodgers

Michael left the Army as a Captain after 9 years of service and multiple combat deployments, with assignments including the 82nd Airborne, 75th Ranger Regiment, and Princeton University’s ROTC program. He is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point.

Ethan Killeen

Ethan retired from Special Operations with eight combat deployments and hundreds of direct action raids across Iraq and Afghanistan as an Army Ranger, receiving the Purple Heart, Bronze Star, and Silver Star for Gallantry in Action. He also served at the Pentagon’s National Military Command Center and is a graduate of Georgetown University.

Frank Rodgers

Frank Rodgers retired as the Deputy Superintendent of the New Jersey State Police at the rank of Lt. Colonel after twenty-five years of service. His private consulting company, The Rodgers Group (Acquired by Lexipol in 2021), develops public safety policy and provides training and accreditation services to hundreds of public safety agencies across the country.

Tom Burt

Tom Burt, President and CEO of ES&S, joined the company in 2008, leading sales, customer service, operations and product departments. Before joining ES&S, Mr. Burt developed his general management and sales leadership at The Gallup Organization, McMaster-Carr Supply Company, and Andersen Consulting, where he served in a variety of executive management roles.

Justin Disch

Justin Disch

Justin Disch joined McCarthy Capital in 2014. His responsibilities include originating and evaluating new investment opportunities, structuring and executing private investments and management oversight of portfolio investments. Justin began his career at McCarthy Capital as an Associate and previously held a variety of finance roles at a regional bank, most recently as director of treasury. Justin earned an MBA from Creighton University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska-Omaha.

Barry

Barry Leistner

Barry Leistner has more than forty-five years of experience in all phases of construction, especially within the steel industry. Barry is the CEO of Koenig Iron Works, Inc. and Brakewell steel, structural steel and miscellaneous iron fabricators headquartered in NYC and Chester NY. He has been the owner and managing member of several real estate development companies within New York City, Florida, and the Hamptons. For more than twenty years Barry has served, and continues to serve as a Director on the Board of Nathan’s Famous, Inc., a publicly traded company. Barry also serves as the President of the condominium board at Trump World Tower and is a graduate of Long Island University with a BS in Business.

Chase Meyer

Chase Meyer joined McCarthy Capital in 2008. His responsibilities include originating and evaluating new investment opportunities, structuring and executing private investments and management oversight of portfolio investments. Prior to joining McCarthy Capital, Chase worked in corporate audit and pension consulting. Chase earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Science from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
